Cant read Chinese? You dont need to. The foam is a medium curing time foam safe glue. All the locals here use it and its great stuff! The factory that makes this also makes the same glues for the western market but at a much higher price. We have the local glue here, at a fraction of the price. The label reads "Foam Glue which is safe for all Foam Types"
In our experience the glue should be used for tight joins, and not for gap filling. Its quite thin. Gap filling will take much longer to dry.

Great glue if you do not put it too much. If you put it too much it may eat some kind of foam and dry slowly. You need to work with it same just with uhu por. Put it THIN on both surface which you want to glue, than leave it 1-2 minute, than you can glue it together. After that in few minutes joint will hold pretty good.

You definitely need to experiment with the foam it is to be used on. Apply very thinly to both surfaces and I found you need to wait a lot longer than 1 - 2 minutes, I was getting best results after leaving for a good 1.5 hours before sticking together. I am also going to try the method mentioned regards applying to both surfaces, leave overnight then apply a new thin layer to one surface and press together
